We had bought a vehicle at Crown Nissan before, but this time the experience was not that great. We were not told all the details about our purchase. When we mentioned the "must haves" we wanted in our new time the experience was not that great. We were not told all the details about our purchase. When we mentioned the "must haves" we wanted in our new car but also mentioned we wanted to make the purchase as inexpensive as possible, Sheng assumed we wanted the base model. He didn't compare different options with us (ie. having after-market installation for cruise control rather than paying a few thousand more for the second model up which included cruise). It was only because we did online research later that night that we figured out the model he was going to find us did not have one of our must haves, cruise control, and we brought this to his attention. Only THEN did he explain it would have to be installed after the purchase if we bogught the base model. The cost of this add-on was also not explained in our first visit. We also ended up having an extra payment from our old car withdrawn, plus the first payment of the new car (it was a trade-in). Yet nobody warned us that this might happen, and to put a stop-payment on the account. So instead, we randomly had double the payment withdrawn from our account. We were very disappointed with this, which happened over a month ago, and we're still waiting to have that money refunded to us from Nissan Canada. Now I realize that this not the dealership's fault that the payment was taken, however, I spoke with a manager and he said this has happened before to people he knows, so it's obviously something that the staff should know about and warn people that are trading in their vehicles. After we bought the car, we arranged to have cruise installed. As well, the signal light and sound was not working from the inside of the car, so we made an appointment for both of these things to be looked after. An appointment that was only supposed to last half a day turned into the whole day. I was tired of waiting and after 7 hours, I called Nissan myself to find that the car had been ready for pick-up for hours. We were really annoyed that we didn't receive a prompt phone call to pick up the car. We only have one car between us so it's not easy as it is, nevermind being without the car altogether. So a friend was going to drive us there to get the car. While we were on our way, Sheng called to let me know the cruise had been installed. I told him I knew because I had phoned and was now on my way, and asked him if the signal light was looked at, and he indicated that it hadn't been done yet but he would get someone to look at it right away. This was the cherry on top, because we had reminded the staff when we dropped off the car in the morning what all needed to be done, plus Sheng should have known to make sure these things were looked at since he knew we were already irritated customers. So thankfully by the time we picked up the car, the signal light was fixed. But the point is, why am I the customer reminding the employee to do his job? So in the end, we left dissatisfied with the service. It's too bad because we love Nissan vehicles, but we really hesitate to ever deal with this dealership again. More
My experience at Crown Nissan was fantastic. Immediately after my fiancee and I walked into the dealership, Dan Johnson introduced himself and answered any questions we had. He was laid back, friendly and a after my fiancee and I walked into the dealership, Dan Johnson introduced himself and answered any questions we had. He was laid back, friendly and allowed us to go through the process at our own pace. At no time did I feel pressured or frustrated. I would recommend Dan to any of my friends and family. We will most definitely be back to Crown Nissan for any vehicles in the future! More

Very friendly, straight forward, funny, no BS kind of guy - His number one goal was to make sure I was totally happy with my truck purchase....and he's also a dog lover...what can I say, dog lovers are good people. :o) Tony Naim(business manager) has a very important job -explaining things in details & getting papers signed. Very professional & thorough. Over all fantastic experience. I would diffinetly recommend this amazing sales Team to anyone. Great experience, sale staff was great in answering all my questions. If they didn't know an answer to my question they found someone who did. Mike Shaw was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. I did not get the feeling that he was using heavy sales tactics but rather he was there to help me make the best decision based on my need friendly. In other words, Mike made the purchase easy and comfortable with no pressure applied. Working with Brent and Jamie was also a pleasure. The service department is also very friendly and helpful. I always find it nice when the manager ask the question, "is there anything we could have done to serve you a little bit better". It is a good way of making the customer feel comfortable about providing honest feedback and it indicates you truly want feedback - not just all "great" ratings. Mike was good under the circumstances of being new. However as time passed it appeared like he did not really know where the car was and when it would arrive at the dealership. He could have gotten back to us sooner on some of our concerns and should be careful not to promise things. Told us it was his first Maxima sold, he didn't know that with the Premium Package there were things added but also deleted. We wouldn't have know this unless we asked to see a car with the Premium Package. We probably would not have bought the Maxima except for Mike doing a good job of selling the product and the dealership as we were initially looking for a SUV. Tony was professional and explained things well. I was a little disappointed with the phone reception as i had to wait on hold and sometimes the calls were dropped. More
Amanda lacked knowledge about the cars and there characteristics. She could not answer questions about the cars accurately or at all and often just made up an answer. It took me a while to make a decesion regarding a used vehicle. I felt over whelmed at times just thinking about going through sales pitches I may encounter at a dealership. We walked around outside for a bit and decided to make the plunge and venture into the dealership. We walked past 4 salesman and no approach and than came Amanda very proffessional and quite new as she mentioned to the Nissan team. We asked questions and she was more than willing to find out what she could on the Rogues they had on the premises. She really listened to what I was interested in and was patient with my requests. She introduced us to Jamey and it was a pleasure to not only finance with him but have him go through the warranty package in detail.Jamey explained the protection packages available, and went through the purchase agreement and loan with us and answered all our questions. The plan, which I chose gives me assurance I have made the right choice for myself. I would definatley recommend purchasing from Nissan again and only have huge kudos for the Customer Service that we recieved on the day of purchase and pickup. Shell Winnipeg, MB More
