Everyone was so friendly and they all had smiles on no matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out covering when someone was away (with the exception Tony of course). They were all so nice. When I picked up the vehicle I had a lady with me who has a developmental disability and every single person we came in to contact with was so nice to her and made her feel just like she should have been there with me. This meant so much to me (and her), maybe more then the way anyone had treated me. Thanks everyone! More

I recently purchased a new 2012 Versa Sedan as I returned my Nissan Rogue after the four year lease ended. I dealt mostly with Jeff and he was very helpful, courteous. I have been dealing with Crown Nissan for 4 years and the both sales and service staff have always been helpful. After purchasing, transactions are done quickly and without any pressure into buying extra coverage whether it's extended warranties or any of the other packages that a lot of dealers pressure you into buying. There is always a calm and friendly feeling when you enter the dealer. More
This dealership is awesome! The knowledge of the star memebers was beyond my expectations. Dan treated us like important customers from the time we first shook hands to the moment we drove away in our new 2012 Rogue. He answered all of our questions, provided timely updates on delivery date, spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with the features our new vehicle and followed up with us the day after delivery. Delivery of our new vehicle inside the dealership and photos were a nice touch. We would certainly recommend Dan to our friends and look forward to future purchases from him. More
I recently moved to Winnipeg from Saskatoon where I had bought nothing but Nissan for the past 10 years and had a great relationship with the dealer there. I read some negative reviews about crown Nissan on a different website and was a little leary, but chose to make up my own mind as they are so close to where I live. I found my experience to be nothing but positive. Russ Johnson and Crown Nissan truly continued on with the great and friendly service that I have always found in Nissan dealers. I go through vehicles on a regular basis and change every 2-3 years, and outstanding service from the service department is a requirement of mine due to a very busy travel schedule and limited time for vehicle service. Crown Nissan will be getting a call from me the next time I require service on my 2011 Nissan Titan SL. More

We had bought a vehicle at Crown Nissan before, but this time the experience was not that great. We were not told all the details about our purchase. When we mentioned the "must haves" we wanted in our new time the experience was not that great. We were not told all the details about our purchase. When we mentioned the "must haves" we wanted in our new car but also mentioned we wanted to make the purchase as inexpensive as possible, Sheng assumed we wanted the base model. He didn't compare different options with us (ie. having after-market installation for cruise control rather than paying a few thousand more for the second model up which included cruise). It was only because we did online research later that night that we figured out the model he was going to find us did not have one of our must haves, cruise control, and we brought this to his attention. Only THEN did he explain it would have to be installed after the purchase if we bogught the base model. The cost of this add-on was also not explained in our first visit. We also ended up having an extra payment from our old car withdrawn, plus the first payment of the new car (it was a trade-in). Yet nobody warned us that this might happen, and to put a stop-payment on the account. So instead, we randomly had double the payment withdrawn from our account. We were very disappointed with this, which happened over a month ago, and we're still waiting to have that money refunded to us from Nissan Canada. Now I realize that this not the dealership's fault that the payment was taken, however, I spoke with a manager and he said this has happened before to people he knows, so it's obviously something that the staff should know about and warn people that are trading in their vehicles. After we bought the car, we arranged to have cruise installed. As well, the signal light and sound was not working from the inside of the car, so we made an appointment for both of these things to be looked after. An appointment that was only supposed to last half a day turned into the whole day. I was tired of waiting and after 7 hours, I called Nissan myself to find that the car had been ready for pick-up for hours. We were really annoyed that we didn't receive a prompt phone call to pick up the car. We only have one car between us so it's not easy as it is, nevermind being without the car altogether. So a friend was going to drive us there to get the car. While we were on our way, Sheng called to let me know the cruise had been installed. I told him I knew because I had phoned and was now on my way, and asked him if the signal light was looked at, and he indicated that it hadn't been done yet but he would get someone to look at it right away. This was the cherry on top, because we had reminded the staff when we dropped off the car in the morning what all needed to be done, plus Sheng should have known to make sure these things were looked at since he knew we were already irritated customers. So thankfully by the time we picked up the car, the signal light was fixed. But the point is, why am I the customer reminding the employee to do his job? So in the end, we left dissatisfied with the service. It's too bad because we love Nissan vehicles, but we really hesitate to ever deal with this dealership again. More
