Everyone was so friendly and they all had smiles on no matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out covering when someone was away (with the exception Tony of course). They were all so nice. When I picked up the vehicle I had a lady with me who has a developmental disability and every single person we came in to contact with was so nice to her and made her feel just like she should have been there with me. This meant so much to me (and her), maybe more then the way anyone had treated me. Thanks everyone! More

I read some negative reviews about crown Nissan on a different website and was a little leary, but chose to make up my own mind as they are so close to where I live. I found my experience to be nothing but positive. Russ Johnson and Crown Nissan truly continued on with the great and friendly service that I have always found in Nissan dealers. I go through vehicles on a regular basis and change every 2-3 years, and outstanding service from the service department is a requirement of mine due to a very busy travel schedule and limited time for vehicle service. Crown Nissan will be getting a call from me the next time I require service on my 2011 Nissan Titan SL. More
