Superb customer service, at first i thought i was not going to have a car from them because no matter what we do, bank has always asking something from me which gave me a headache and made me decide to c going to have a car from them because no matter what we do, bank has always asking something from me which gave me a headache and made me decide to cancel the deal. But Sir James Kosteck never gave up on my application, he kept on pushing and pushing until one day it went through, and here i am so happy with my wife because of the new mazda 2 car. I really can't express enough my gratitude to James, Ron and the rest of the guys who helped us on this. We couldn't be happier with our first car purchase. We bought a 2011 Mazda 3 GS with luxury package. From the moment we walked in the door we never once felt pressured to buy. We got what we felt was a ve bought a 2011 Mazda 3 GS with luxury package. From the moment we walked in the door we never once felt pressured to buy. We got what we felt was a very fair price on our trade in and on the new car. As first time new car buyers we had heard many horror stories but didn't run into any issues. Our sales consultant was very helpful and we felt was very honest with us. THe finance manager was also a great help to us, even going in on Sunday to make sure we got the 0% financing deal before the end of the month. Again he never pressured us into purhasing any extras. All in all it was a great experience and i would be happy to buy another car from this dealer. Not to mention the Mazda 3 looks awesome! More

It does not happend often that you walked out of a dealership with the feeling of having made new friends but that describe best our experience. These 2 gentlemen were fantastic to deal with. No pressure ..full disclsure of all the numbers and no game played with hidden fee of trade discount to show a more agresive price on the the new car. Test drive was well done with a pre selected route that combined city and Hway. We talekd to a few customer waiting in the service area and were satisfyed with their feedback. More

Our overall experience was very good, as we came to a fair deal for a new car. The salesman was nice and straight forward. We found Manoo Chopra to be very friendly and helpful in helping us to choose our new vehicle. It is the first time for us in the new vehicle purchase and all of our questions and concerns were handled eith helping us to choose our new vehicle. From the minute i walked into the dealship i was met by Andrew Kingsley and the General Manager. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research on line and there answers were the same as what i had found out on line. They were very open to me test driving the 2 vehicles i had come to look for. I spent 4 hours with Andrew and i could not make a decision that day. I went vback the next week and never once did Andrew bug me to come in and buy a car but was most helpful when i phoned him the second time. I went back and purchased the Mazda 6 from him. More

This was my first car purchase, and I wanted a great car, with an amazing safety rating and of course a great price. I got all that in the Mazda 3 that I purchased. When we walked into the dealership, we were instantly greeted and met with Wes, who was very thorough with all the information on the car. He was able to answer every question we had, and with the criteria that I gave him on the type of car I was looking for, and even gave my parents peace of mind knowing that I am driving a very safe car...he found the perfect car for me.
