Good Afternoon Albert28; AS previously discussed with you in person I am very sorry for the problem that happened to your beautiful Mazda Miata. I was equally as upset that we did slightly damage your vehicle when in our shop, and on behalf of the entire staff at Destination Mazda I extend my sincerest apologies again to you. As much as our staff tries to be perfect in what we do accidents do happen from time to time. I would like to think the true character of a business is how they deal with these problems when they arise. Based on your comments I guess we did not fulfill your expectations for correcting the issue of repainting your rear mudguard that was damaged in our service department to your satisfaction. I once again extend our services to you to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Secondly my mechanics do cover ever seat of ever car that we service. It is a job requirement! Once we have done the repair and the technician parks our customer’s cars we remove the plastic so that our customers don’t even know the covers were there. This would explain why the cover was not there. Once again on behalf of Destination Mazda I apologies for the damaged that was done to your vehicle. I do realize although it was a small scratch, it was still damaged and for that I am very sorry. If you wish to discuss this further please contact me at anytime directly.
