Crown Honda

Very friendly service in all departments. Ronald had a very friendly approach. Although I was looking for someone else who turned out to be working at a different location it was very hard to try to leave very friendly approach. Although I was looking for someone else who turned out to be working at a different location it was very hard to try to leave the vicinity just because Ronald is a very good guy to deal with. His knowledge and expertise on the cars made me feel very comfortable and confident. I did not purchase on the spot because I wanted to check out other place. I received a call from the sales manager, Jack, asking me to come back in to see if there were any more numbers they can crunch to try and earn my business. I agreed to come down and it was a later time in the evening. Closer to the time Ronald was off so I expected him to be tired from a long day of work but surely enough he was just the same as I left him the first time, very friendly and very interested in making sure I would get my dream car. He wanted to find the best fitted vehicle for me down to the very last detail. I may have been a very difficult customer for Ronald but he persevered and made sure I was taken care of in every aspect. That's why it was very easy for me to give him my business. At the end of it, Ronald and I were able to work out an awesome price that I am still very happy of. Andy in the financing department was no different. He did not pressure me into anything which made me feel very comfortable. I knew I can trust Andy. The only thing I would say that comes close to a bad experience in the sale was the notification of the status of the vehicle. As a first time buyer I was very excited and I guess you can say impatient. After a week and a half I called Jack and Ronald asking about the status. They were both unsure when it would be ready. Which was fine. I just wish there was a little bit of notification or at least an update. Other than that my overall I loved my experience at Crown Honda. To this day I still get calls and text messages from Ron asking how my car is doing and it's also great knowing that I can call him and ask him anything that has to do about my car. I would recommend Ronald and Crown Honda everyone looking for a new vehicle. I can't wait to come back for my first oil change! More
