From my experience at Crown Honda, I would rate this dealership 5/5. Customer service and quality are top notch. The salespersons know their product well (new or used), and will not try to sell you some dealership 5/5. Customer service and quality are top notch. The salespersons know their product well (new or used), and will not try to sell you something that does not suit your needs. They are also friendly, which gives you a sense of confidence in what you buy. Yes they will try to sell you a car, but that's what a dealership does. However, they are very reasonable and realistic overall, and they will help as much as possible and try to give you a great, but reasonable deal (in terms of benefit to both you and the dealership). Very friendly service in all departments. Ronald had a very friendly approach. Although I was looking for someone else who turned out to be working at a different location it was very hard to try to leave very friendly approach. Although I was looking for someone else who turned out to be working at a different location it was very hard to try to leave the vicinity just because Ronald is a very good guy to deal with. His knowledge and expertise on the cars made me feel very comfortable and confident. I did not purchase on the spot because I wanted to check out other place. I received a call from the sales manager, Jack, asking me to come back in to see if there were any more numbers they can crunch to try and earn my business. I agreed to come down and it was a later time in the evening. Closer to the time Ronald was off so I expected him to be tired from a long day of work but surely enough he was just the same as I left him the first time, very friendly and very interested in making sure I would get my dream car. He wanted to find the best fitted vehicle for me down to the very last detail. I may have been a very difficult customer for Ronald but he persevered and made sure I was taken care of in every aspect. That's why it was very easy for me to give him my business. At the end of it, Ronald and I were able to work out an awesome price that I am still very happy of. Andy in the financing department was no different. He did not pressure me into anything which made me feel very comfortable. I knew I can trust Andy. The only thing I would say that comes close to a bad experience in the sale was the notification of the status of the vehicle. As a first time buyer I was very excited and I guess you can say impatient. After a week and a half I called Jack and Ronald asking about the status. They were both unsure when it would be ready. Which was fine. I just wish there was a little bit of notification or at least an update. Other than that my overall I loved my experience at Crown Honda. To this day I still get calls and text messages from Ron asking how my car is doing and it's also great knowing that I can call him and ask him anything that has to do about my car. I would recommend Ronald and Crown Honda everyone looking for a new vehicle. I can't wait to come back for my first oil change! More
