In the sale it was said and understood "No payments for 90 day's" but in reality it's only 60 day's. One pays inadvance on your montly payments. 90 day's is 90 day's. Someone like me dosen`t buy a new bike everyday and I don`t know the in`s and out`s of the trade. The 90 day`s in my sitiuation was perfect! Did it change anything? No it didn't. Just have to start paying earlyer. My sales person Gerald O'Neil was perfect. The bike is awsome and I took it in for my first service already. And a big kudos to the service department!! After making an apointment and writting it down I still got it wrong. My wife pointed it out to me that I took the bike in a week yes one week early and not a word was said about my mistake. Or they thought they got it wrong. LOL!! Anyway would I do it again ? You bet!! And I would buy from Crown Honda again in a hart beat. More

I am very fussy so I do not believe in giving perfect scores. However Gerald O'Neil was very friendly and super helpful with the purchase of a 2004 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Silverado. I was in the market for a new vehicle as I recently returned a leased vehicle. I was looking to buy now rather than lease for the first time in about 11 years. I visited the dealership early one evening right after work and wanted to take out a Honda Crosstour as I really wanted to have awd capabilities in my new vehicle but not necessarily an suv. The Crosstour seemed to be the best of both worlds. I met Bryan Swanson my sales person and he quickly determined what my vehicle needs were and confirmed the Crosstour may very well meet them. Within minutes he had one warmed up, plates on it and we were on the road. As we test drove he went over many of the cars features but also let me just experience the drive and how the car responded on the road. Once we returned he asked what I thought and offered any follow support to me in order to make my decision. We reviewed factory rebates and incentives. I never felt pressure or like Bryan only cared about "the sale". After a night or two to sleep on it I determined that the Honda quality, vehicle perfect for my needs, and an absolutely beautiful new dealership close by was the best choice for me. I love cars and looking at whatever new is coming out on a regular basis but if you haven't been to this dealership you need to check it out. It's unbelievable. Bikes, Snowblowers, Lawnmowers, atv's, it had everything!! All the staff right through the completion of the sale were super friendly and but also very genuine. Sine the sale has been finalized there have been several opportunities for Bryan to not respond as quickly or have other priorities other than someone who has already bought. He has been just as helpful and professional as the first time he asked me what brought me into the dealership when I first walked in. Buying a Honda makes you feel secure in your choice but having outstanding sales support and a beautiful dealership like this makes the choice easy.
