We were entertained properly first by Daniel, then he called to inform us of what kind of car we were looking for and another follow-up was made, then finally we went back to their office. In the sale it was said and understood "No payments for 90 day's" but in reality it's only 60 day's. One pays inadvance on your montly payments. 90 day's is 90 day's. It makes it sound good but in my opinion that`s just false advertisement. Try that in the leagel world. Someone like me dosen`t buy a new bike everyday and I don`t know the in`s and out`s of the trade. The 90 day`s in my sitiuation was perfect! Did it change anything? No it didn't. Just have to start paying earlyer. My sales person Gerald O'Neil was perfect. The bike is awsome and I took it in for my first service already. And a big kudos to the service department!! After making an apointment and writting it down I still got it wrong. My wife pointed it out to me that I took the bike in a week yes one week early and not a word was said about my mistake. Or they thought they got it wrong. LOL!! Anyway would I do it again ? You bet!! And I would buy from Crown Honda again in a hart beat. More
I am very fussy so I do not believe in giving perfect scores. However Gerald O'Neil was very friendly and super helpful with the purchase of a 2004 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Silverado. He did whatever he had to, to keep me happy which isn't that easy. I'm already considering buying my next motorcycle, hopefully a brand new Goldwing, from this dealership. I'm just waiting for Gerald to put the right price tag on the Goldwing he has in the showroom right now. HAHA!!!! The friendship Gerald develops with his customers leaves you feeling like you can contact him at anytime for any questions you may have or problems you may have to be rectified. More
