My husband and I got into a car accident (not our fault). I have spent countless hours searching for our future SUV through the web. My husband and I went first to GMC dealer near our place but not fully satisfied. I called Honda and spoke to Joemel. This guy is funny when I told him that I am scouting and calling dealers and currently thinking of comparing Highlander with Pilot. He said "you would not want to check out the Highlander after you have seen our Pilot". So got me thinking. I made an appointment with Toyota first before the Honda, just in case he is right. We test drive both SUV on same day. Our family (my husband and 3 kids) fell in love with the Pilot. Joemel and Jack were very accommodating, gave excellent service. I love my vehicle and my experience was 95% great! There was a bit of a hiccup with the price preferred. I had asked for $450/mth payments or less and the way it was explained to me in bi-weekly terms (pro was a bit of a hiccup with the price preferred. As it turns out with monthly payments (my preferred method of paying), the price came up enough that I was not in my preferred range. All in all, the CRV looks amazing and I love it. I got a few extra features and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I recommend this dealership for sure. Just be sure the monthly payment is within your desired range if you go with promotion.
