When my husband and I walked into your show room, were there to meet Kabeir who was recommended to us by a friend. Kabeir greeted us and introduced us to Kevin who would turn out to be the gentleman who there to meet Kabeir who was recommended to us by a friend. Kevin is so good at what he does, we left that day purchasing a new Honda. Today we returned to pick up my new car and were met outside by Brad who was ready and waiting for us before he turned us over to Kevin. Kevin spent a great deal of time with us ,explaining all the features of my new car and was very detailed and patient. There is a lot to know about a new vehicle and Kevin made us feel as though we were his only client and was totally prepared to spend as much time with us as was needed. Not once did I feel rushed. If I wanted to spend more time on one point, well that was fine, I was very comfortable asking any questions and confident that I was given complete information. Also I should add that my car was sitting in the middle of the showroom with a big red bow on it. How nice is that???? He really is very good at what he does. When it was time to say goodbye and drive away in my new car, Kevin brought out the entire staff to welcome us to "The Family" and everyone introduced themselves and congratulated us.
