We were unable to find the car we were looking at locally so we started looking online at the nearest major centres in Manitoba (we live in Keewatin ON). Erwin kept getting back to us and when we made the decision to make the trip in to see the car (2013 Honda Civic 2dr Coupe), he assured us that everything would be ready should we decide to buy. Not only did Erwin make the deal happen, but the whole team at Crown seemed to be working together as one (vs. competing with each other). Jack was great, too! We took the car home that same day!
