I love my new car! On Saturday, Aug 2/14 we heard on the radio that Crown Honda would be closed today, in prep for the Civic Sale on the Civic Holiday. We sent an email about a car on their website, and they WERE open, and it was Nishant that answered our email. We went down there, and he was busy but Carolyn was very helpful and helped us look at a vehicle, but she said we couldn't take it for a test-drive that day because they had closed early. Huh? Anyway, we made an appointment with Nishant and went back on the Civic Holiday, Monday, August 4th. Nishant was very helpful and very well-informed about the brand. He took us for a test-drive of a few vehicles, and I drove them both to see what my preference would be. They had the perfect car for me. I wanted a remote starter installed, so we could pick up the car after work on Tuesday. Jack Reves was good to work with, and he had gotten my payments within the affordable range. I am very happy with the interaction with all the staff that we met there. I will definitely recommend Crown Honda to anyone who wants to buy a car. Thank you to Carolyn, Nishant and Jack for your help, and for the others that congratulated me on my purchase when pictures were being taken. It was a fairly stress-free process and I would come back again. More

Crown Honda made sure I was happy! Had a misunderstanding with Crown Honda regarding my maintenance on my Civic a week ago. I ended up paying $70 on my maintenance and oil change becaus Had a misunderstanding with Crown Honda regarding my maintenance on my Civic a week ago. I ended up paying $70 on my maintenance and oil change because I was told by my salesman that it would be free for my first time but it was not noted on my file. Upset that I had to pay, Kabeir, the general manager, called me a few days later to discuss this issue and apologized for the misunderstanding that occurred. Kabeir was very kind and generous and offered to reimburse a cheque with the amount I spent or offered another complimentary oil change (free of course!). I was very happy that Kabeir called to fix up this misunderstanding! Not only was he very empathetic to my needs but he also explained to me what could have happened during the sale of my car which caused this issue. He's also a very polite person to talk to. I would definitely recommend Crown Honda despite the issue that occurred with me, because not only are the staff great and friendly people but they are also very understanding. Shout out to you Kabeir! :) More
