10's across the board! I came into Crown Honda not knowing what to expect. I had no idea what to really do and I didn't even know what car I wanted. I was unprepared. Oliver I came into Crown Honda not knowing what to expect. I had no idea what to really do and I didn't even know what car I wanted. I was unprepared. Oliver Dimaano approached us and automatically made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He broke down and explained everything clearly to me regarding purchasing a car. The thing I really appreciated about him was that he made me feel like I can just relax around him. He was professional, but at the same time he knew when to throw a joke around and make you feel at home. He made me feel confident on buying a car and made me see things clearly throughout the process. I've never purchased or spoke to a different car dealer before, but if they were anything like Oliver, I'd be very very happy about that. His customer service was superb and you can tell he is an all around nice guy who genuinely loves what he does. I also negotiated with Marc Tolentino. I did not spend that much time with him as Oliver, but with my time with him he was very professional and kind. He made me feel very comfortable and his customer service was definitely on point. You can tell he knows exactly what he's talking about. I appreciated how he was getting his work done, but act like a friend at the same time. He made the process very easy for me. All in all, my experience with Crown Honda was amazing. The other dealers were very kind and even though they knew I was with Oliver, they acknowledged me. I was very happy with my experience with Marc and Oliver and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You guys are very fortunate to have two amazingly smart employees be a part of your Crown Honda Family and I'm glad, that after purchasing my car, that I'm part of it too. More

Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2015 CRV EX from Crown Honda after looking at the CRV at other locations and dealerships. The atmosphere at this location was friendly, unpretentious, no pressure and a welcome departure from some of our other experiences. Our product advisor, Jeff Jimena was excellent and answered all our questions fully and professionally just as Amani did on a previous visit and Wade did when were finalizing the paper work. Jeff has a great attitude, willingness to help and has followed up with us to ensure everything was going fine and if we had questions. I have no reservation recommending the dealership or making future referrals to Jeff. More

Worst Service Department Service department seems unorganize. Booking an appointment is easy but lost by the time youre in there.
