Sales reps were good. Finance waited for 30 mins on day of purchase and over 1 hour on day of pick up for 5 min appointment. Had car detailed 4 days after pick up. Brought my car in for a recall. I was told I needed my brakes serviced (I had a brake job done less than two weeks ago), a new battery (my battery is less than a year old), a wheel alignment (not needed), new sparkplugs, among other things. When I called to confront them about this I was told that it was just based on the kilometers and not the inspection... What the Heck is that?! More
