Lee is down to earth and great to deal with. Everyone is ready to help and explain any questions you may have. The service department is great but are hindered from repairing complaints till they actually observe the problem, so record it and show them the issue. If you decide to purchase the extended car care 'packages' offered make sure you fully understand how it applies to what damages and where you have to take vehicle for said damages, its a little more daunting than explained. I do appreciate how I'm treated and respected there, they don't dumb ya down and explain everything. More
