Car is only 1. 5 years old, but thermostat replaced under warranty. And most recently headlights were found to be out of alignment. Both repairs done quickly and veh 5 years old, but thermostat replaced under warranty. And most recently headlights were found to be out of alignment. Both repairs done quickly and vehicle working proper. One nagging issue is a noise coming from rear end. Has been with vehicle since new, and into dealership 2 times(and once in Edmonton dealership at 5000km) and still cannot determine what noise is. Overall have been courteous and upfront. More

Thumbs up for Mr. Deed, the service manager. Our engine light came on, we took it in and had a diagnostic confirmation that the engine was gone. Mr. Deed took it upon Deed, the service manager. A complimentary vehicle wash was offered, unfortunately I didn’t have time in my sc appointment with the service coordinator till the end of service.
