Jay not only proved to be a reliable professional, but treats his customer a friend and more importantly as a human being. His personable and easy going demeanour let’s you know that he as your salesman has your back. Even after the purchase of the vehicle I returned for a few servicing appointments and Jay was promptly available and responsive to any questions I had even when he was off the clock. He made sure that when I was coming to the dealer he was there, even if it was out of his routine schedule, or that his manager was notified that I would be expected. I bought a used 2013 Charger just before winter and got winter rims and tires put on right after I got it Do not buy a used vehicle from these guys. Then when I put on the summer rims again the tire place found one of the rims was bent on the inside of the rim. When I confronted the dealer about this they said to much time has gone by and that maybe the tire place bent the rim. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
