Coming into purchase a vehicle at a dealership as large as Crowfoot Dodge, you would expect the pressure of a quick purchase and even faster transaction. Not with Jay. Jay not only proved to be a reliable professional, but treats his customer a friend and more importantly as a human being. His personable and easy going demeanour let’s you know that he as your salesman has your back. Even after the purchase of the vehicle I returned for a few servicing appointments and Jay was promptly available and responsive to any questions I had even when he was off the clock. He made sure that when I was coming to the dealer he was there, even if it was out of his routine schedule, or that his manager was notified that I would be expected. He went out of his way to ensure that the servicing was done properly and promptly, and was efficient in ensuring that I was always in the loop with the status of my vehicle while it was in their care. I have never experienced such humble, committed, and trustworthy customer service from a salesman who I had already purchased a vehicle from a month ago. No matter what I needed, Jay would always respond with “anything else you need just let me know.” I would strongly recommend anyone I know to purchase a vehicle from Jay, and I myself would purchase another vehicle from Jason Merhi as he has exceeded all of my expectations. Used Vehicle Do not buy a used vehicle from these guys. I bought a used 2013 Charger just before winter and got winter rims and tires put on right after I got it Do not buy a used vehicle from these guys. Then when I put on the summer rims again the tire place found one of the rims was bent on the inside of the rim. When I confronted the dealer about this they said to much time has gone by and that maybe the tire place bent the rim. I will never deal with this dealership again. More

An Experiance I won't forget !!!!! Things like this don't happen to me!!!!! I called and talked to Dale Morisseau about a used Hellcat that was on the lot,,,, which I purchased. Living in Hinton, I was going to bring a trailer and haul my car back. Dale said I should really drive it, and asked a friend of his to fly here to Hinton, and pick me up. Geoff Connerton who works at Cochrane Dodge, is the pilot who came and picked me up. It was a beautiful evening. We flew back through the mountains, and to top it off even had classic rock to listen to :) Dale was an easy person to talk to and deal with, as were the other people I had dealings with,,, Greg Taylor and Kevin Malaschuk. I have to say that Dale,,,, and Geoff went above and beyond, and turned a simple purchase into an experience I won't forget!!!. I hope to meet them again and try to reciprocate. Dale called the next week to check and make sure everything went OK, which I also thought was nice of him.
