NO HELP AT ALL Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!! Mazin continually informed me via text that a deal would get done and that I should drive up from Calgary to pick up m Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!! Mazin continually informed me via text that a deal would get done and that I should drive up from Calgary to pick up my vehicle. I explained that I live in Calgary and did not want to do a wasted trip. I was continually informed... "We can make it happen" "I will make it happen" So, we proceeded with further, I receive a call at work with the vaguest response "Hi you do not qualify for anything - Bye" Traded in a 2013 Chrysler 200 S for a 2014 Ram 1500 in a previous deal where it was handled well. NEVER AGAIN will I return to Crosstown... Just a run around with these guys, and a waste of time! What a joke More
