Unless you plan on reimbursing me for the amount I was overcharged or the packages I was SOLD that the sales person told me I was getting. Not once did he ask me if I wanted them or that they would cost more and be included in the loan. Leaving information out is the same as lying about it. He also told me I was getting credit for a vehicle trade in that wasn't true. All you did was pay off what was owed on it so essentially we feel ripped off on that too. We feel the vehicle was worth more than what you gave us. When you leave a dealership just having bought a new vehicle you should feel good about it not feeling like you were just ripped off and made the biggest mistake of your life. That is how I felt and just didn't know what to do about it. I had no intention of coming back to your dealership to trade off the vehicle so I lost all those extras that were supposedly free. So unless you want to reimburse me for the extras and the overcharge we have nothing to talk about. I hope your sales person can sleep at night knowing he makes his commission by ripping people off that may not know how to go about getting a fair price on a vehicle. I'm sure I am not the first person he has done this to and I'm sure I won't be the last. I have no intention of telling you who he is but the other dealership knew who he was when I mentioned his name. I totally stand by my review, One more thing the way you got us into your dealership was also a lie. Telling people that someone wants to buy their vehicle when all you want to do it get them to buy a new one is lying and isn't moral. There is more but I don't want you to be able to identify me so I am leaving it out. Thanks for nothing and an experience I will never forget and trust me when I say I will make sure none of my friends or anyone else that may ask me where they should buy a vehicle to make the same mistake I did by entering your dealership. I am very unhappy and sour by what happened but have to live with the fact that I trusted someone's word and signed for something that felt wrong right from the beginning. I am still thinking about everything and this may not be the end of where I take this. I guess it depends on what you want to do to rectify the situation. Selling me another vehicle is not an option. I have already purchased two from a different dodge dealership.
