I had a similar situation with this dealer I came across your review about Crosstown Chrysler — unfortunately, your experience sounds very familiar. I had a similar situation with this dealership (Jeep Compass): repeated service visits and ongoing warranty issues that were never properly resolved. As a result, I was forced to take my vehicle to another dealership — Derrick Dodge, after Crosstown effectively stopped addressing the warranty concerns. Since issues like this with Crosstown do not appear to be isolated incidents, I would strongly recommend contacting AMVIC (Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council). I filed a formal complaint, and my case has already been escalated to the Investigations Department. If you decide to submit a complaint, you may optionally reference AMVIC Case No. 25-11-277 as a related example, which can sometimes help the regulator identify recurring issues with the same dealer. Of course, the decision is entirely yours — I’m simply sharing my personal experience and the step that ultimately proved necessary in my situation. More
