She did point out to me that she had not yet dealt with the recall I was in for but would insure she kept me informed of any information or issues and true to her word she did. After inspection of the vehicle they brought up some things that they believed needed attention or may be required but did not try and pressure me into performing those tasks. She promptly emailed me written findings about my vehicle and called me to address them personally to see if they should proceed or not, as well as called when the unit was completed. I had requested via email a question on what was included in a service and received a prompt response with an informative answer and information. The overall service I received very good and it is a pleasure to see someone of that age give customer service and take pride in a job well done. I would definitely ask for her by name when future service is needed. More
Very poor attitude I purchased a brand new vehicle from Mazin. He was nice to you while buying the vehicle but turned very nasty when you question him on his knowledge I purchased a brand new vehicle from Mazin. Frustrated and unsatisfied customer I have lots of frustrations from this car dealership company. First, spare key not yet given. I was told by this staff that i will have it by friday, I have lots of frustrations from this car dealership company. First, spare key not yet given. I was told by this staff that i will have it by friday, that was more than a month ago. I've been calling their office but i can't get a hold of this specific person and ended up leaving my message to the reception, I even left my number to phone me back. I called many times and left messages to the reception and still no reply. Second, this staff told me that he will help me with my problem at lexus south pointe. He even conveyed to me that lexus south pointe sent a cheque for me and will receive it on friday ( that was a month ago) and if i did not receive any he told me to contact him. I tried to contact him but i never get a hold of him. Lastly, just tonight my CAR BATTERY went DEAD on a -5 WEATHER. I was informed that they changed the battery to a new one, but how can the NEW BATTERY be DEAD on a -5 WEATHER??? I just purchased the car a month ago (2014 ford escape) this is so frustrating! More
Amazing Service I came into Crosstown to trade my vehicle in and see what my options were that were available to me that I would like and as well fit my life style be I came into Crosstown to trade my vehicle in and see what my options were that were available to me that I would like and as well fit my life style better. I met Patrick Rego (Prego) and immediately was greeted with a warm smile and a can do attitude. He started going over what my interests were in a vehicle and my exact specifications. Over the past next few days after,he was with me every step of the way with any bothersome questions I had and dealt very well with my oh so constantly changing mind. He always had the right up to date information and treated everything with the upmost care and interest. I truly felt through this whole experience I came out with an AMAZING new vehicle that was everything I wanted plus more and suited my lifestyle and my budget better. Patrick went over and above my expectations as a salesmen and did it by being prompt, knowledgeable, truly caring for my personal needs and wants and treating me as though I wasn't just another customer , and by keeping me updated and making sure I was comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience and Crosstown is lucky to have such an amazing employee working hard for them!! More

Both of these guys rock they treated us like part of the family and made us feel special. oil change and management gone bad.. I had decided to get a service done on my 2015 Dodge 3500 Diesel at the Crosstown dealership while I was in town. (I live in Fort McMurray) The Servic I had decided to get a service done on my 2015 Dodge 3500 Diesel at the Crosstown dealership while I was in town. (I live in Fort McMurray) The Service Advisor I was dealing with was actually great, she was very polite and easy to talk to. I finished up with the service which came to $498.00 and then returned to Fort McMurray for my set on. After my set on I was set to go back to Edmonton and while packing on my truck I decided to check my engine oil. The oil wasn't even registering on the dipstick. I had to put 6.4 lts of oil for it to register on full. So I put whatever I had available to me at 3am which was 15-40 and went on my merry way back to Edmonton. When I arrived I went to Crosstown to discuss my issue, I went in and yet again the Service Advisor was great. I was brought to the Service Manager Doug, he didn't even get up from behind his desk or even greet me. He just sat there and asked "What seems to be your problem," I informed him of what the deal was and he pretty much accused me of being a liar. He said "That's not true, you know what come back next week and I'll hook your truck up to the diagnostic equipment it will then tell me how low your truck was on oil, if it even was in fact low." Little did he know I'm a Journeyman Truck Transport Mechanic and just so you all know, the diagnostic equipment does not inform you on how much oil you may have at any given time. What Doug said wasn't true, it will inform you on oil pressure codes certainly, but not the amount of oil. He still didn't ask at this time what it is they could do to rectify the issue. So I told him, I want my oil and filter changed. I didn't pay $498 to have my Full Syn, oil 6.4 lts low and have it mixed with 15-40 mineral oil. After arguing for another 10 minutes he finally gave me my oil change and told me to head out. While they were changing my oil I informed the general manager which he 100% agreed that the way I was treated was very poor. Then he said "Although Doug is here working on his day off"....seriously? Whether he is in on his day off or not, that's not an excuse for him to treat me the way he did. He's representing Crosstown. Grow up. The general manager again apologized and I went on my way. I would never deal with the service Dept if Doug the Service Manager is involved in any way. Clearly he is only interested in saying whatever he can to cover himself and not take any blame for poor workmanship. Goodluck! More
