I have spoken to our General Sales Manager regarding your experience with Manny and we sincerely apologize that you felt Manny did not provide you with the service or respect that you truly deserve. All customers should be treated with the upmost respect and should be the main focus especially during such a large purchase decision. Manny’s Manager was surprised in regards to your experience, since it is out of character for Manny to not fully cater to his customer.
