Very poor service. When I first bought my truck I had what I thought was amazing service. 2 years later I found out there were some things that were not explained proper When I first bought my truck I had what I thought was amazing service. 2 years later I found out there were some things that were not explained properly. 1. The fact you needed to have your pro pack inspected every two years. 2. Was told my oil changes were good for 5 years. -later found out that my oil changes were not good for 5 years. Not such a big deal but a little disappointing. -When it came to the pro pack, I started calling crosstown in April of 2016 to have my paint looked at as it was starting to chip when I was told it wouldn't. everyone I talked to in the service said they would look into it and call me back. NO ONE called me back, not once. So I finally called and made a huge fuss for the lack of service I had received. So finally a guy my the name of micheal called me back.. apologized for all that had happened, I explained what was going on and he told me that I had to have my truck inspected for the pro pack every TWO years. I told him this was never explained to me and that I was thankful that he had explained this. He said he was going to go to bat for me to make sure everything was taken care of including the issue with the 3M that is on my truck that I did not want in the first place. ( The girl who put it on before I picked up my truck was new and used the wrong adhesive so it ate my paint, which when it happened they did fix) now it no longer looks nice, micheal said that I was not to worry that they would remove it FREE of charge to me. We booked my truck in for service at the end of September and he said don't worry everything will be taken care of. So I went in early and dropped off my truck, only to have him call me and say that much truck is in horrible condition and they would not be doing any work on it what so ever. In fact beside the one spot that has chipped and the horrible looking 3M my truck is in VERY good condition. He said I would have to pay $300.00 just for them to take of the 3M that he said would be FREE!!! And would not even look at the rest for the pro pack that he said he would go to bat for me to be fixed. What I thought was good service when I purchased my truck was in fact very poor service. I have had nothing but problems from a dealership that I once thought was AMAZING!!! I will not be doing business with them anymore, I will also not be sending any one their way. Had someone actually called me back when I first started calling back in APRIL 2016 none of this would have been and issue. I'm just so disgusted. So please people make sure everything is explained to you the way that is should. It just seems all they care about it making money, never mind the fact that customer service should come first. Without these customers they would not have business. Very disgusted and disappointed.. fasted my time.. and as a single mother who doesn't have much extra time this made me extremely mad!!!! More
