Handling customer inquiries I got a car in this location last December 3,2016 . And until now (March 27,2017) i did'nt recieve my PST refund yet. Since I lived in SK i paid for m I got a car in this location last December 3,2016 . And until now (March 27,2017) i did'nt recieve my PST refund yet. Since I lived in SK i paid for my PST when i register the car. Before i got the car i even make sure with my dealer (Mark Destacamento) if the company will shoulder the PST,and he said (yes),so i did not hesitate to get a car from edmonton though I'm from SK. So for you, guys living outside Alberta, if you want to buy a car outside your province and consider to have an transaction with this location, better think twice. Unless you want to shoulder your PST. This is dissappointing experience. More

Guy Jeremy @ Crosstown is A++ rating Guy Jeremy and the team at Crosstown made my Christmas. I traded in my Ram for a wonderful ignition orange 2017 Ram 1500. We immediately took the Ram Guy Jeremy and the team at Crosstown made my Christmas. I traded in my Ram for a wonderful ignition orange 2017 Ram 1500. We immediately took the Ram on a road trip from Edmonton to LA. While we were in the USA people were blown away by the color. They expressed that they never seen that color on a Ram before. I can attest to this as we didn't see 1 other one on the trip. I continue to appreciate the team at Crosstown with follow up emails from them asking how everything is going and if there is any issue to just contact them. Great experience. I bought my first vehicle under my own name from Manny. Everything from financing to the insurance. "Just what i wanted" On Friday, March 17, I went to a different dealership and put a down payment on a black 2013 Grand Caravan. I thought I had found my van. On Saturday I had the urge to go to Crosstown and there I met Mazin Fakhreddine He showed me a black 2015 Grand Caravan, almost identical but two years newer, 1/3 less mileage and at a better price. I felt no pressure and he was very helpful and informative. I went to my bank, got a cheque and drove off the lot that very day. I went back to the first dealership and got my down payment back. They weren't happy and showed it. Oh, Well! More

Friendly Salesman We brought in our vehicle for a trade in on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and were extremely happy with the service that Dwayne offered to us. He got the vehicle ready to go in a very short period of time. Took the time to go over the jeep to make sure we had the most knowledge about it when driving off the lot. They didn't have time to do and oil change or fill the gas tank up, but he made sure that when I returned to the city they would do it, and they did. He even phoned a couple weeks later to see how things were going and if we were still enjoying our new wheels. All around good person, would come back and buy a vehicle off him any day. More
