FRIENDLY AND PATIENT Tony Surtida I had been working with Tony for a week, he was a very nice guy. I may have possibly come off as arrogant considering I knew more abo Tony Surtida I had been working with Tony for a week, he was a very nice guy. I may have possibly come off as arrogant considering I knew more about the vehicle haha but he didn't take it that way he just thought it was a good thing I knew about the car I wanted to buy. From the very beginning he said if I didn't like the price to not buy from him there is no forcing. Not only did I get a sweet deal on the car in the end; tony put up with me for that week constantly changing appointment times and being demanding even though I was the one changing the appointment times. Because I didn't tell him I was coming he went home as he told me earlier that day but then I phoned him when I got there and he came back right away, even though he had just finished driving home. And on top of all that he let me use his license plate for 5 days untill I sorted things out. He was a super nice guy from the beginning and I thank him for his costumer service! Mustafa Zarandah This gentleman here was quite patient and understanding even after a couple outbursts from me, I was angry about the payments, the fact the process was taking a lot longer than anticipated and my niece was hungry, the first thing he did however as a family man even though it extended the amount of time it took was deal with my niece and her hunger and that says a lot he obviously cared/cares. He then looked after my issues on the deal and did it in a very professional yet friendly manner and I appreciate that for sure! Thanks again Mustafa More

Great Experience is was my first time at this dealership. I was looking to downgrade my Jeep Wrangler, this was not an issue for them as they understood my situation. is was my first time at this dealership. They gave me top dollar for my trade and was able to get me into a New Jeep Cherokee and save me money. Mazin hooked us UP! Mazin hooked me up with my first vihicle a dodge 1500 and it was my dream vihicle so I thought. Not even a year later he hooked me up huge with a full Mazin hooked me up with my first vihicle a dodge 1500 and it was my dream vihicle so I thought. Not even a year later he hooked me up huge with a fully loaded dodge 1500 which is really my dream vihicle. And just in the last couple days has gotten my Dad and Mom in a beautiful rangler at the perfect time. My Dads work commute has gotten quite far and this second vihicle for him will make things so much easier. Mazin is alway so gracious and kind. He's always going to go over and beyond for you. never buy a vehicle from this dealership Was bamboozled into and ripped off on a used Grand Jeep Cherokee. Will never ever buy a vehicle new or used from this dealership. My boyfriend was told someone wanted to purchase his vehicle (not true they just wanted to sell him a new vehicle). I had no intention of buying a vehicle and ended up leaving having bought a vehicle. I feel I was coerced into the purchase. I am not laying total blame on the dealership as I did sign the papers. However I found out later I was overcharged for the vehicle and purchased extras that they told me was included. I just feel everything was presented shadily and because of my lack of knowledge I was taken for a ride. Not a good experience a do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
