Regular Routine Oil Change Cassie greeted me at the front to obtain my information to service my vehicle. She was uber friendly even though she was super busy, literally running Cassie greeted me at the front to obtain my information to service my vehicle. She was uber friendly even though she was super busy, literally running off her feet and still holding a smile. Never once did she look stressed or that any of her customers were driving her nuts! Very professional. She kept me in the loop of times when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. Regarding the service itself, It was noticed my filters needed replacing. Cassie notified me of this, showing proof that they were quite disgusting and should be replaced, very soon! Upon exiting they gave me a free wash for my car. Yes, it's something small but it's a nice token of their appreciation of me as a customer. I sometimes choose to the the so called "Quik e" lubes, which are quicker and a little cheaper but they don't spend the time with you to explain your vehicles needs and the lifetime of your vehicle and the importance of keeping your vehicle running smooth so that it costs you less in the end. They don't treat you like you belong, they just want your money and the next car behind you.
