Great service, even though I didn't end up purchasing. Came in to "price out" a used Grand Caravan. Manny was very helpful in showing me all the selections, but seemed a bit pre-occupied with a new Grand Came in to "price out" a used Grand Caravan. 5 star, until I went to the customer service counter to pick Allan was super, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel welcome and very punctual in answering my questions. I felt great, until I went over to the counter for the paper work to pick up my vehicle. I am usually a cheerful guy, but the lady that waited on me had me almost convinced that I am sorry for bringing in my vehicle to Crosstown for service. The oil change was complimentary (VIP) and she was going to change me $97.84. I politely mentioned that Allan said this is a N/C service, as did Emily, who made my booking. The counter lady seemed upset that I brought this up, so she page Allan, who indeed confirm that it is VIP, no charge. She then said that I only had a $50.00 credit and still owed $47.84, so I questioned her again. She finally asked another lady to assist her, so I didn't have to pay anything. I politely mentioned to her when I left to have a good day, with no reply???? More
