Oil Change - Less than ExtraOrdinaire While the individuals with whom I interacted were polite, I was not impressed with the service provided. When I arrived, I was told the wait for a "qu While the individuals with whom I interacted were polite, I was not impressed with the service provided. When I arrived, I was told the wait for a "quick" oil change would be about one hour as there was only one technician on site. They were waiting for others to arrive (this was at 9:00 a.m.). When someone came to help me, a complete walk-around check of the vehicle (e.g. front and back lights; horn; etc.) was not conducted. I had to remind the individual that my back lights needed to be checked. I felt the service was rushed and left uncertain about its quality. More
