My wife and I decided that it was time to replace it. on a Sunday at 10 am I started leaving online messages at various dealerships and by 11:30 a nice young lady from Crosstown had called me and taken my information. Within half an hour she and her sales manager had come up with a suitable vehicle. She brought the vehicle to my house and I drove it back to the dealership, arranged financing and took possession. They also allowed me to use their plates so that I could arrange insurance and registration on Monday. Great service, great vehicle and all and all a great car buying experience. More

first time buying a car -bad experience with Jorge Maya !!! I got my first car at crosstown, I had an awful experience with Jorge Maya and his supervisor. I had to speak to the Sales manager to get things done I got my first car at crosstown, I had an awful experience with Jorge Maya and his supervisor. I had to speak to the Sales manager to get things done correctly. Jorge and his supervisor only care about the commission. To make a long story short Jorge sold me the vehicle he wanted, didn't give me options and sold me a vehicle for $29,999 when the vehicle was on sale for $20,999 (same VIN # on the website). I tried to figure things out with Jorge and his supervisor, but at the end Jorge said I was lying and nothing was done about it. after a couple of weeks I got in contact with Robbie Gordash (sales manager) he was so nice and professional, he got things done right in a week. In my personal experience, I don't want to deal with crosstown ever again. Mr. Gordash was great but the first impression it what counts and I felt Jorge took advantage of my inexperience. If you do visit them and have to deal with Jorge be careful ! More
