Hands down, best customer service experience I ever had. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and even though I could tell she was very busy, I never felt rushed. She treated me like I was the only one in the room. When I went back a couple of days later, she remembered me, even my name, which I found impressive, knowing she must deal with a lot people on a daily basis. This young lady is a wonderful addition to the Crosstown team, and I will definitely be seeking her out the next time I need help. More

Overcharged 30% on a vechicle Did a quick impulse buy for my daughter, talked to Bob Janis he said they had a special deal for me a 2014 Dodge Journey listed at $24,000.00 & would Did a quick impulse buy for my daughter, talked to Bob Janis he said they had a special deal for me a 2014 Dodge Journey listed at $24,000.00 & would give it to me for $22,000, then the used sales manager Husny Ismael jumps in & says special promotion today we will give it to you for $20,000.00. Was going to give it to my daughter but she didn' want it, went back to them app. 3 mths later and all they would give me is $14,000.00, it only had app 13 km more on it, just driven to my home. Then talked to Robbie Gordash, General Manager & he pretty much said tough luck buddy, a deal is a deal. Took me over 3 months to sell it on the Internet for $13,800.00 Very dishonest, unethical people working there. More

Frustrating So omg, I had my hellcat towed to crosstown on a Thursday only to find out that they couldn't have my car ready until the following Monday. Finding ou So omg, I had my hellcat towed to crosstown on a Thursday only to find out that they couldn't have my car ready until the following Monday. Finding out that the part was only in red deer a staff member at crosstown jumped into action and saved the day. She had the part brought in from red deer and had a mechanic fix the car the same day. Day saved right??? Wrong!! I made it 20 blocks only to have my car break down again. The same service lady spring into action once again and had my car fixed on Tuesday and gave me a loaner jeep to use while I waited. Thanks sooo much Monica u made my day and will keep me coming back as well as continue referring people here. More

Thanks Ruby I purchased a barely used 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Ruby. I found Ruby to be polite, respectful and courteous to my wife and I through the whole process I purchased a barely used 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Ruby. I found Ruby to be polite, respectful and courteous to my wife and I through the whole process. Ruby followed through on all her promises and happily answered all my questions. The black Jeep had a few paint issues and, as promised, was thoroughly cleaned and polished when I picked it up. I would add that since I purchased the Jeep everyone I have dealt with in sales, service, parts and finance were very respectful and courteous. More

Used department --a bunch of unprofessional clowns. Me and wife wanted to purchase 2 vehicles from the Used department. First of all, the staff had no clue what they were doing, promising things they c Me and wife wanted to purchase 2 vehicles from the Used department. First of all, the staff had no clue what they were doing, promising things they couldn't do. They refused to help us unless we gave our personal information right off the bait. I called Crosstown to complain, the receptionist told me I can email Husny who is one of the Managers in the used department. I work in the oil fields and always on the road so I emailed him addressing my concerns , OMG, he responds back with an email that makes no SENSE, has no punctuations, just terrible grammar, I felt like I was dealing with a little kid. I called him numerous times, no answer. Not sure how these people are in Managerial roles and can't even take care of clients. So me and wife went to Londonderry and they were more than happy to assist us with trading in our vehicles and purchasing 2 used ones since Husny and his team did not want our business. He wouldn't even return my emails anymore, I sent numerous ones. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. More
