Getting it right the first time. I just recently took delivery of my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Limited at Crosstown. This vehicle replaced my 2014 Ram Laramie. Both of my trucks I just recently took delivery of my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Limited at Crosstown. This vehicle replaced my 2014 Ram Laramie. Both of my trucks were factory ordered from Crosstown. Pat Savoie ordered the most recent vehicle for me and was very detail orientated ensuring that my needs were identified and reflected in the new truck. Once the vehicle arrived it was fast tracked through PDI and made ready for my final inspection. All of my "add on needs" we're looked after by Tyler Vinck who mans the Parts desk at Crosstown. Tyler assisted me in choosing the parts that would best suit my needs as working in the construction industry will test all parts to their limits. Would I recommend Crosstown to my friends? Absolutley, the team I named above that worked with me are top notch in the automotive industry. More

Once they have your money they don't care! This dealership is a joke I have bought 3 vehicles from them totalling over $140K. My most recent purchase was a 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie 1500. after go This dealership is a joke I have bought 3 vehicles from them totalling over $140K. My most recent purchase was a 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie 1500. after going back and forth to the dealership 4 time to get the second set of keys I should have known they were fools. I noticed a week or so ago rust appearing on the chrome. The truck has 9000km on it its 8 months old. I brought it in and they told me to use steel wool and that pretty much tough luck. The service manager is arrogant and rude I would not purchase a vehicle there or have it serviced there ever again. If you like good customer service I would recommend a smaller dealership perhaps a Chev or a Ford that can withstand the elements even. More

Great Experience! Thanks Ismael!! Highly recommended!! Visited a few dealerships today but Crosstown got my business not just because they gave me the best price (which they did!) but because they made the Visited a few dealerships today but Crosstown got my business not just because they gave me the best price (which they did!) but because they made the car buying experience a stress free, pressure free one! It felt like car shopping with a friend instead of a pushy salesman! My salesman Ismael Mirza (hope I spelled that right) walked me through several trim levels, explained the differences and where the true value was with each one! Left with a smile on my face instead of wondering if I did the right thing. Marko Kamal was great to deal with as well on the financing side, not pushy at all but took the time to explain to me what Crosstown offered by way of extended warranty and so much more! Bottom line, I drove from the other side of the city on a recommendation to go see Ismail and it was worth it!! Highly recommend this guy to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and is tired of high pressure sales tactics from the other dealers! Thanks again! More

So good I bought 2! Sheldon was an awesome salesman! Def. went above and beyond. I was a little picky with what I wanted and Sheldon definitely worked with that. we had a Sheldon was an awesome salesman! Def. went above and beyond. I was a little picky with what I wanted and Sheldon definitely worked with that. we had a few problems where the vehicle I was going to purchase was unavailable but each and every time he found a new one that fit my needs! In the end I got the jeep I wanted for a great price! He made it worth the 5 hour drive to pick up the vehicle and we even purchased a second from him a month later! Lyle was also awesome! He's very easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or nervous while you're waiting for approval. He explains everything to you before signing anything and makes sure you're happy! More
