Bad Service I bought a brand new Chrysler 200 last June 30, 2016. I decided to buy a brand new so that I will not worry of any trouble but sad to say my car after I bought a brand new Chrysler 200 last June 30, 2016. I decided to buy a brand new so that I will not worry of any trouble but sad to say my car after 2 months has engine trouble and the shift gear doesn't work sometimes. I already txt/called the dealer but still they didn't do anything about it!!! More

Have NEVER had a worse experience at a dealership before In November 2016 my husband and I started looking at Jeeps. We started off at another Edmonton area dealership, looked at a few there, then we ended In November 2016 my husband and I started looking at Jeeps. We started off at another Edmonton area dealership, looked at a few there, then we ended up at Crosstown. Based off of a friend's recommendation we asked for Manny Hanna. Well I can tell you that if you're a man, you may end up with better service, however being a woman my experience was horrendous. When we first met Manny, I shook his hand, told him that a friend had recommended him. I told him my friend's name and was told he remembered my friend quite well. I told him that I was there to look at the Jeeps they had and I was wanting to trade in my Ford Escape. That was about as far as I got with him, he immediately dropped me and everything I said and started selling to my husband. My husband kept referring him back to me to answer questions and tell him what I was looking for. I was sitting in a Jeep in the showroom and Manny was still ignoring my very existence. Again he asked a question to my husband, and once again my husband said "you'll have to ask Dawn, she's going to be the main driver of the vehicle. Manny then said in a VERY derogatory tone "Oh, I know how it'll be. She's going to say Oh Hunny, can I drive it now?" My husband AGAIN said, it's going to be HER jeep. Manny looked at me, I held up my hand and said "know your audience man." My husband sent Manny on a "check inventory" mission, Mike then grabbed my hand and said that we were out of there. We went back to the initial dealership and I bought my brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon there. ...and Manny guess what... I can count on my one hand how many times my husband has driven her. If you want a great sales experience go to Sherwood Dodge and go see Sam. It'll be a cold day in xxxx before Crosstown will EVER get a dime from me. More

Lowered my payments! I was looking for a lower payment on a vehicle. I'd tried Go Auto and City Ford before my friend recommended I try Crosstown. Go Auto wouldn't even co I was looking for a lower payment on a vehicle. I'd tried Go Auto and City Ford before my friend recommended I try Crosstown. Go Auto wouldn't even consider my trade, and Ford only wanted me to buy something new, so the payment was only marginally less for way less of a vehicle. Crosstown was able to put me in a similar vehicle to what I was driving, that was newer, had way less kms, and will save me a bunch every month on my car payment. Everyone I dealt with at Crosstown was helpful and understanding about meeting or exceeding my needs. I feel much more comfortable in my new Jeep! More
