Excellent customer service I was on the crosstown website looking at trading in my truck for a Dodge Caravan. A support agent took all my information and within minutes I was co I was on the crosstown website looking at trading in my truck for a Dodge Caravan. A support agent took all my information and within minutes I was contacted by Ashley. She was very friendly and professional. After much active discussion over the next few days, not only was Ashley's offer for my trade in the highest, the offer for the Van was substantially better than anywhere else.
