Pat Savoie, our salesman did not pressure us into something we did not want or need. He was honest, forthcoming and straight forward to work with. Kudos Pat! The rest of the Crosstown team was extremely helpful, friendly and there was no xx. The showrrom is bright and well laid out... ...and the donuts are great!! To date we are thoroughly enjoying our new Jeep. It is comfortable to drive, has great features (some that we are still learning about). We recommend Crosstown and the team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

12 star dealership! What an Amazing experience! I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler off of bob Janis (used car salesman) and let me tell you something. When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler off of bob Janis (used car salesman) and let me tell you something. When he eyed me as I was walking the lot I did not feel nervous as I usually would at a used car dealership. He has a friendly face and made me feel warm and comfortable. He helped us select the right vehicle for our needs and wants. After two weeks of driving our dream machine the engine light came on and I was forward to TJ the used car manager to help with the issue. He gave me a loaner for the day and I came back after work and wam!bam! The dream machine was ready and they cleaned it! Overall my experience was amazing and recommend visiting crosstown for a mind blowing experience. More

very poor service for oil change fine, anything else NO they checked mark good air filter and incab air filter, i was curious and checked it my self .... and surprise for oil change fine, anything else NO they checked mark good air filter and incab air filter, i was curious and checked it my self .... and surprise the filter for in cab was black and over fill with dust!!!! i had to replace it my self they also never want the customer to watch when they do some work on the car why? i don t think they are honest! More

Very happy with the purchase We went in to price tires for our van and decided to look around the showroom. We had been considering a vehicle with the options that would allow us We went in to price tires for our van and decided to look around the showroom. We had been considering a vehicle with the options that would allow us to go down to one vehicle but had no intention of buying yet. We were introduced to Pat Savois who took the time to search for a van that met our requirements. It was the end of the 2016 model year and there were not many to choose from. Pat found EXACTLY the right van. Then we were introduced to Marko Kamal to arrange financing. I have to be honest, I'm a little leerry of finance managers trying to upsell all the packages. Marko is a character and quickly put me at ease as there was no hard sell. Altogether it was a pleasant stress free experience. I will deal with these gentlemen again More

She told me to look at the story on the paper work, I asked where that was and she said on the paper work. Then she became rude. I finally said thank you and hung up. I will never go back. More
