Brought my truck in for it's regular oil change through the express way. Staff were excellent to deal.with and took great care of my needs and truck. I took my Wrangler in because it was throwing all sorts of error messages. At times, it was rendering itself undrivable by not allowing it to get it out of “park”. After 6 days of holding the vehicle and t of error messages. At times, it was rendering itself undrivable by not allowing it to get it out of “park”. After 6 days of holding the vehicle and taking it on multiple test drives, they were unable to find any problem with it, unbelievably. They did manage to find over $3000 worth of unrelated work that needed done, however. Upon receiving the vehicle back, I had the error codes return almost immediately. So, back to the shop after the long weekend it went where it sits today. Disappointing that the company who made the vehicle aren’t able to diagnose and repair it. Very kind service people (only thing holding me back from assessing a one-star review), but incredibly disappointing results thus far. I will report again after I receive it back again. Hopefully I will be able to have a more favourable review. More
