Friday morning I received an updated quote that was $1000.00 more stating that arrangements for repair on Friday morning of my rear sliding window. Friday morning I received an updated quote that was $1000.00 more stating that “the new girl is still learning and quoted you wrong”. I went and picked up my truck and took to elsewhere for the repair which got done for the same price as I was originally quoted from Crosstown. So where did that extra $1000.00 added into my quote come from? More
