Great service from beginning to end I came to crosstown to have my oil changed and had an issue with a rattle in the front end of my truck, when I arrived I was greeted by Mike flamen an I came to crosstown to have my oil changed and had an issue with a rattle in the front end of my truck, when I arrived I was greeted by Mike flamen and told him I was in a bit of a rush and needed to get my oil changed and a rattle looked after, when he looked up my vehicle he noticed there was a recall that needed to be fixed as well. Mike did his best to accommodate my needs by calling a mechanic over and asking a favor by getting my truck in immediately, the guy said no problem and took it right away within half hour the tech had my oil changed recall done and found out my fog light assembly required replacement but warranty had just expired so Mike called the manager over and he introduced himself as Chris Goodwin and actually honored the warranty on the lamp! They proceeded with the repair and i found out after that they also performed a free inspection on my truck which requires a 4 wheel drive service, I didn't have time but plan on coming back to get it done in the future as this was some of the best service I have ever had, i was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour with more than I had anticipated being done to the truck! Great job start to finish. More

Sales great, but Don't trust their service inspections Just burned second time by trusting service inspection work at Crosstown. Do not trust their service recommendations, This time had peace of mind ins Just burned second time by trusting service inspection work at Crosstown. Do not trust their service recommendations, This time had peace of mind inspection and first recommendation was need for tune up and sparks. i thought it had been done recently, however service rep could not find history but for one back in 2014. I asked him to check glove box for history (I keep all the mtce records there) - and then thought, they did inspection, it must need it. A little later, he had not gone to the glove box, I approved the work and wasted a lot of money. I don't believe a tech or mechanic had even looked at it as tune up and sparks had been done only 12k km previously at a dealership closer to me when they had a special. I didn't remember and saw the reciept in the glove box afterwards. Afterwards, he confirmed that recommendations were "strictly based on time and mileage". Don't waste your money in inspections. The previous time, I had 85 point inspection done just before warranty expired. and did suite of stuff, brake system mtce and fluid exchange that was recommended. This was at 97k Km's. Warranty expires at 100k. Then at 101286km, water pump went. They had not noticed any issue just 4K before. Repair was over $1k and no sorry or discount or anything. Tough luck. Do not trust their service inspections. I believe they just try to sell you on next big service package wilt doing any inspection. How could they have recommended tuneup after an inspection if the sparks were that new? I feel cheated. Sales was great experience. Bought 2012 gr Cherokee and 2015 trailhawk from them. More
