HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I wish I never would have gone to this dealership! The wait times were exceptionally long, the sales were just so fake, the coffee station was xxxxe, I wish I never would have gone to this dealership! The wait times were exceptionally long, the sales were just so fake, the coffee station was xxxxe, the cafeteria closed early. They let me leave without my old registration, no NIVIS. My vehicle HAS an issue with the display. They spent a day on it and did nothing to it! I had a much better experience at the Sherwood Park dealership! More

Ripped off Why is it that as soon as papers are signed after your purchase, the lies begin, bought a new ram 3500, 2 mins into drive away from dealership, rain w Why is it that as soon as papers are signed after your purchase, the lies begin, bought a new ram 3500, 2 mins into drive away from dealership, rain water washed off there typical show n shine wax and dents started to appear in hood and found more on the roof, likes like hidden hail damages to me, have a peice of paper stating to be repaired & we’ll contact you, Of course it never happened, 2nd attempt to get fixed still never happened. Bought extended warranty ( $4000) from Chrysler Canada, not a 3rd party, it’s been nothing but a struggle & everything I ever brought forward has been turned down or my expense. My advice is that this place doesn’t have what it takes to make it. Remember, it’s front line personal who are great to deal with, it’s other people behind close doors are difficult. P.S. I don’t want apology from this dealership either, it’s probably not worth much. More
