Love my new ride!!!! It's amazing what you can buy on line and have delivered to your door!!! Homan was awesome to deal with, the original vehicle I wanted and found at Cr It's amazing what you can buy on line and have delivered to your door!!! Homan was awesome to deal with, the original vehicle I wanted and found at Crosstown was tagged sold but within 15 minutes Homan found an identical for us, we preferred the velvet red and Homan delivered. Joy was amazing to deal with also in finance. This was our 2nd vehicle from Crosstown and our 5th Dodge product, usually go for trucks but this time it's a 2018 Sterling Edition Grand Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles! The service from here is still amazing! Since we were trading our Ram truck they delivered our new vehicle 10 hours north (986 km) safe and sound! More

Un Happy My Husband and i bought both our vehicles here and where told both time that we would get a refer pay back $500. I referred two people that bought from them and we only received a cheque for $300. I was not happy and called about it. I was told police have changed but every other Chrysler company said it is a $500. referral policy . More

Service Center review We bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee sport at the end of August, owned for a month had to get towed to dealer as it wouldn’t start, starter had went in the We bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee sport at the end of August, owned for a month had to get towed to dealer as it wouldn’t start, starter had went in the vehicle and was told it would be fixed within a week. Got a call saying there was an extra bolt in the torque converter housing and the bolt had wrecked the torque converter and starter. Vehicle was in the shop for a total of 20 days. We only received a couple calls about the status of vehicle so we’re in the dark with how the repairs were going, were told to come pick it up only to find out the vehicle was left in horrendous condition, dirt and dust on the door panels inside and the floor filthy, and no fuel left. It was picked up with 3/4 of a tank. This is very disappointing, and discouraging for us. The least that could have been done is the vehicle cleaned and have a half tank of fuel. More
