SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE I had emailed a request for advice on a soft top matter and was invited to bring it in so they could have a look. Upon walking into the dealership th I had emailed a request for advice on a soft top matter and was invited to bring it in so they could have a look. Upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was very upbeat and had a good vibe. I was greeted in the service dept with a friendly smile. I was then met by Christopher and he had my Jeep brought around to look at the bowed assembly bar. Then we were joined by a few other Service Techs to view the situation. Several ideas were tossed around and a conclusion was arrived at. I brought it in and within a few hours picked it up repaired. There was a little hiccup with a zippered part not being closed but Christopher had a tech come to my office where my Jeep was parked and finished up. Highly recommend the Service Dept. I will now take my Jeep there for its regulars maintenance and servicing. I love that they have a shuttle service to take you work so you don't have to inconvenience a friend or family member. They have a great little snack shop set up to provide coffee etc while you wait for the shuttle. More
