I’ve seen lots of ways to separate me from my money, but 16% “miscellaneous charges” for “shop supplies” on a diagnosis and an alignment that use nothing, is more than a “stretch”. Absolutely outstanding service department, I’ve run Ram’s for 25 years and I’ve never been as impressed as I am with Crosstown. Unfortunately, I didn't see any professionalism from the staff at this service. They didn’t listen to my issue and initially failed to do what I asked for. Instead, they tried to charge me for a service I n staff at this service. They didn’t listen to my issue and initially failed to do what I asked for. Instead, they tried to charge me for a service I never requested. When I refused to pay, a manager stepped in and confirmed that I wasn’t obligated to. In the end, they finally did what I originally asked for, but due to their incompetence, I lost over five hours of my time. I do not recommend this service. More

I got to deal with Chad. He was great! He got my vehicle done on time on my first visit. Even tho it wasn't a Dodge product it was no problem. He was easy to deal with and t He was great!
