They only returned my calls after receiving a 1 star review after I had been calling for over 2 weeks about an issue they missed on an inspection. Reluctantly I agreed for them to take another look at m review after I had been calling for over 2 weeks about an issue they missed on an inspection. Reluctantly I agreed for them to take another look at my Jeep. For a part that has been fixed 4 times and replaced once in less than 100000km. They put a bandaid solution to fix it. And when I asked why this part keeps failing the assistant service manager told me that she couldn’t see anywhere in the history that the part has been fixed or replaced. Then she told me that the service tech said the part wasn’t necessary and he would have just taken it off. Which I found a bit off because all of the mechanics I have talked to said it is absolutely a necessary part. When I asked if it was just a faulty design for the part again she responded with no it’s just in a vulnerable spot. When I asked what the permanent solution was the response was I don’t know some cars don’t even have that part. Not sure how she is an assistant service manager, she also told me that part would never be a warranty fix even though it was fixed and replaced every other time on warranty. Though I don’t trust what they say is warranty and what isn’t. Had a different inspection there a year ago and was told a part needed to be replaced and it would be around $1200, on the latest inspection since all warranties were about to expire that SAME part was a warranty fix. Also WHY does a service package for oil changes and tire rotations that is bought and paid for separately of any warranties expire when the warranty expires even if multiple oil changes and tire rotations were not used? Beware taking your car here. More
