This was by far the most pleasant and satisfying experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Moose was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they replaced a climate control button, and touched up a paint chip from a dent they put in the right rea 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they replaced a climate control button, and touched up a paint chip from a dent they put in the right rear quarter panel from one of the previous visits. They also had to repair the rear vents because all I was getting was hot air in the back. They also had to re-adjust the sliding doors and the driver side door.There was also a recall for the transmission. So I pick the van up and of corse as usual they damaged the areas they were working in. There is a screw driver mark where the pried the climate control button out of the dash. Also they damaged the roof header panel in the back, and they scratched the paneling around the dvd display, but they won't fess up to that one. I detail the van every time I take it in so this means no boot marks on the carpet or door sills, also no hand prints on the interior panels. Well guess what I pick it up there are boot marks on my carpets and sills, they also manage to get dirt on my centre counsel. This happens every time I take it in. There is zero quality control, and no one seems to care they damage your vehicle, and hope you don't see it most people might not, but i'm not most people. More

We arrived to look at a new caravan that we saw in a newspaper ad. After being passed by a couple sales people we were getting ready to leave and Manny came from across the lot to see if we needed any h newspaper ad. The model we came to look at was brand new but did not have the options that we wanted. Manny was very helpful in helping us find the perfect caravan for our needs. He took into consideration not just the person who was buying it but the whole family. We ended up buying a 2012 with only 1900 kms that was almost fully loaded at a very affordable price. He had us laughing and really enjoying the experience. Never once did we feel pressured or that our questions were not being answered. He was very helpful and honest with a vast knowledge of vehicles sold here and in general. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crosstown. I had originally been looking for a new vehicle. As I had purchased my two previous vehicles from Crosstown, I started my search there. My initial s had originally been looking for a new vehicle. As I had purchased my two previous vehicles from Crosstown, I started my search there. My initial sales person was Jerry Joseph. Jerry spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions, explaining the merits of the model I was interested in (2013 Compass), arranging for a test drive, etc. Jerry kept in touch as I continued my search at other dealerships. When I eventually determined that buying a new vehicle was not a financially sound decision in my particular situation, and told Jerry I intended to look for a used vehicle, he immediately accepted my decision and suggested I come in to see him as Crosstown had several used vehicles with low mileage I might be interested. Jerry was with a customer when I dropped in, and rather than have me wait, he introduced me to Bob Janus. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing a 2011 Ford Escape (Bob Janus closed the sale.). The detail work on the vehicle was quite substandard when I took delivery, and Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the work was redone to my, and his, satisfaction. Both Jerry and Bob were extremely competent and professional throughout my dealings with them, as were all other Crosstown personnel I came in contact with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jerry and Bob to friends/relatives. Incidentally, I love driving my Escape! More
