From the moment we walked into the dealership Moose was very interested in asking us questions and listening to the answers to his questions. He took us for a test drive in the truck we picked and went thr very interested in asking us questions and listening to the answers to his questions. We were in a hurry and he made our first visit quick and painless we made a deal and were out of the dealership in plenty of time to make our appointment. The next day we came back in and finance was ready for us Jocelyn Henderson (Business Manager) was wonderful to deal with she explained all the warranty stuff to us. And again we were in and out of the dealership very fast. We have had some really bad car buying experiences, so this was a real pleasure for us. I met Mazin when I was getting work done on my car. My partner and I decided to trade in his car for a 2012 mini van. Three weeks later we were at west end when we were in at dinner theater and when we c partner and I decided to trade in his car for a 2012 mini van. Three weeks later we were at west end when we were in at dinner theater and when we came out the back end had gotten banged in. We took our 2012 van back to Mazin to ask about getting the van fixed. Mazin gave us a super deal on a new 2013 mini van and had the 2012 we had just got paid off and and had it so we did not have to bother getting it fixed and we never lost any money on it. He threw in a much needed car starter for the cold Alberta winters. He has been great to deal with and has done every thing he promised he would.I would say if you go to him for a new or used car you would be super happy with dealing with MAZIN.... I KNOW WE WERE :)))))) More

2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they replaced a climate control button, and touched up a paint chip from a dent they put in the right rea 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. On this last visit they replaced a climate control button, and touched up a paint chip from a dent they put in the right rear quarter panel from one of the previous visits. They also had to repair the rear vents because all I was getting was hot air in the back. They also had to re-adjust the sliding doors and the driver side door.There was also a recall for the transmission. So I pick the van up and of corse as usual they damaged the areas they were working in. There is a screw driver mark where the pried the climate control button out of the dash. Also they damaged the roof header panel in the back, and they scratched the paneling around the dvd display, but they won't fess up to that one. I detail the van every time I take it in so this means no boot marks on the carpet or door sills, also no hand prints on the interior panels. Well guess what I pick it up there are boot marks on my carpets and sills, they also manage to get dirt on my centre counsel. This happens every time I take it in. There is zero quality control, and no one seems to care they damage your vehicle, and hope you don't see it most people might not, but i'm not most people. More

Ww went to many dealers befor we went to cross town and none of them can compare to the friendlyness and quality of sevice we had at crosstown.
