The only thing that I would add is that it seemed that staff where not customer focused, but where more focused on their social interaction with each other. Other than the addition of this comment I feel that my initial response pretty well captured my experience in your quick lube service.

Ok, being as you stated in your response that you do not take these situations lightly I am curious as to why it has been almost three weeks since your initial letter? Rectifying this particular situation would require you do something different than what I experienced during my last service visit to Crosstown Quick Lube. What one of my major concerns of visit was the fact that there was no customer acknowledgment while waiting an inappropriate amount of time for service. I feel the same now I notice that all the Crosstown dealer reviews for service where the ones that where the lowest in score, not just slightly lower but much lower. This indicates to me that I am not making things up and other people have felt the same way. In closing I am curious as to how you (Crosstown) intend to rectify situation, maybe you feel that your one and only response is adequate.....I do not! Mitchell Claassen

Good Morning Mitchell, I do apologize for not connecting with you regarding your experience in our express lube. I have discussed your concern with our service manager Doug on June 14th and he assured me that he is working with the staff in our express lube to speed up wait times and that every vehicle has an inspection of tires, lights etc, prior to leaving the express lube. We understand your concerns and are working towards making our process more thorough and efficent. We really do appreciate feedback like this. I have a package highlighting the complete coverage of the Chrysler warranty package that you purchased. Unfortunately, this package does not cover addition maintenance items. It does provide oil and filter changes, tire rotations, rental vehicle coverage(during warranty repairs), a complete list of components covered until 5 yrs or 100,000 kms. Some of these components are normally only covered for 3 yrs or 60,000 kms. I posted this to the mailing address we have on file. When you receive the warranty highlight sheet please give me a call with any questions, I will be happy to go over it with you. We really do appreciate your business and would like to see you back in our express lube.
