I never felt pressured to buy, it was just the most logical thing to do after we saw all the numbers. We have been to dealers where your potential trade disappears and they make it really difficult to get your own vehicle back. Our old truck stayed out front the entire time, so I did not have that concern. Again, everything was done with professionalism and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. Pat is a pro. I was internet hunting for a new 2500 Ram 4x4. I contacted numerous dealerships, and Pat was all over it. In a few minutes I had specs, pictures and numerous options to choose from. I did a p 4x4. I contacted numerous dealerships, and Pat was all over it. In a few minutes I had specs, pictures and numerous options to choose from. I did a pre-approval as they have a ton of inventory and Pat was a guy I knew I'd buy from. (It seemed like many folks at other dealers didn't want my business.) I let him know when I was coming in-person to have a look. He had the truck ready and we did a deal at a fair price. I was out in an hour. The additional options (running boards, spray on box-liner, cover, etc were all done in house and on time. They delivered to Red Deer. Once the deal he was done he followed up. I'll deal with Pat again, for sure. I have already recommended him. More
