I was looking for financing for the suv and moose was able to get it for me even for a vehicle not at there dealership. . He was also able to get a lower price from the other dealership in calgary than able to get it for me even for a vehicle not at there dealership. . Windshield had gotten a stone chip while getting delivered from calgary and they had it fixed for me the next day for free. More

I recently made the decision to purchase a truck. I wasn't sure where I was going to shop, but I knew I wanted a Dodge Ram. Upon my first visit to Crosstown, I had the opportunity to meet with Kayam S wasn't sure where I was going to shop, but I knew I wanted a Dodge Ram. Upon my first visit to Crosstown, I had the opportunity to meet with Kayam Shivji. Wow! What suprized me the most, considering I had not purchased a vehicle since 2004, was how comfortable Kayam made me feel. There was no traditional sales pitch or pressure. Kayam listened to me, walked with me to discuss the different options with the Dodge Ram 1500. This was great information for a lady. Initially I really thought I just wanted a "truck". The very next day, Kayam and I spoke, I gave him my "wish" list, I stated I was in no rush. Just a few days later, I got the call! What a beautiful, Dodge Laramie, crew cab he found! I am a long time customer at Crosstown I purchased my vehicle at Crosstown in 2005, and found that compared to my last visit the customer service is just not there, on my last visits the oil would be cha vehicle at Crosstown in 2005, and found that compared to my last visit the customer service is just not there, on my last visits the oil would be changed, filter would be checked, their would be two people checking all lights, and tires checked, this was not the case today. My Visit today September 30/2013, (Which will be my last visit there) I had to mention about the tires being checked I was watching nobody went near them, only one person checking back and front lights, I mentioned this to Mr. Lange his response was they could check in the reflection, behind me their was no vehicle and my vehicle was quite a way from the door entrance now how is that possible to check!!!!! fortunately I check my lights on a regular basis so I new they were working, however, that is not the point, that added customer service which crosstown used to do is just not there anymore, also every time theirs new people, also it might be a good idea for the people to check on the customers address and phone numbers to see if they have changed in this case I was not asked, and yes my phone number has changed to what's on the worksheet. On my last visit which was Feb/2013 the price for regular oil change has jumped at least $20.00 plus. I am disappointed and I will not recommend Crosstown to other people, I will be taking my business else where thank you Mr. S. Werrell More

This is the 5th new vehicle I've purchased from various dealers around the city, and quite honestly one of the lowest pressure sales I've been involved with. The underlying message I take from that......they are offering great pricing.....today.....tomorrow.....next week or next month. The simple fact I was allowed to look, price payments and leave without the "how can I get you to sign today" pitch gave me confidence. Dealing with Adam was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgable and personable. The final walk around with the sales managers (Dave and Rob I believe)was fantastic.....picky dudes.....so picky they scheduled me for a follow up detailing as they were not satisfied with the appearance (dust inside the mirror housing and around the window sills, and the box of my truck wasn't clean enough......the box.....of a truck????). What a team.....attention to detail and pride in the product they release to you.......I gotta say it again....THE CLEANLINESS OF THE BOX OF MY TRUCK WASNT UP TO THERE STANDARDS!!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!! Many dealers out there could learn a thing or two at your facility. Top it all with a black RAM 3500 diesel, the cherry on top.
