I was looking for a vehicle for myself and was told by my friends of mine to go to Crosstown auto centre, since I was working up north I applied through online. Mazin was awesome to deal with, i wasn't feeling pressured at all............... He gave us the facts .. too the info and it was that easy ... out with a van we went... A quick chat with Kayam and an e-mailed detailed listing of the vehicle’s options/features confirmed for me it was worth my family’s time to make the trip to Edmonton to look at the vehicle. The day of our visit to Crosstown was cold, windy and snowy. Devon made sure a couple different vehicles we were going to look at were cleaned off, warmed up and moved to an area where we could safely and comfortably check the vehicles over. We took a couple days to think things through. Kayam followed up via phone and e-mail to answer any further questions. My experience started with an online inquiry as to the value of my previous vehicle as a trade in. I was contacted immediately and was asked what I was looking for and some background on my desire to chan value of my previous vehicle as a trade in. She then suggested that I bring my vehicle in to have it appraised. WHile my vehicle was in for an appraisel, I test drove a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie and experienced all the luxuries the truck had to offer, which are many. The ride was so comfortable and quiet; it was like a dream. We returned to the dealership where I was offered lunch from a regular Saturday BBQ. While enjoying a tasty lunch, Farid came to talk to me about what I was looking to get out of my current vehicle if I was to, hypothetically, trade it in on the new RAM. We also discussed my personal finances a bit to which he suggested an alternative that may help me to maintain my current monthly budget and be able to enjoy a new ride. We sat down and worked out some numbers. I was extremely happy with what Crosstown was able to do for me and I absolutely love my new RAM 1500 Laramie. One of the best things about the whole process is that it took just under three hours out of my day and I was in a new truck. That is the first time I left a dealership after making a deal where I didn't feel exhausted. It was, to date, the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Good job to all. It should also be noted that the appointment to have some of the extra work done (under coating, box liner, etc.) was made for four days later. A bit of an amusing fact, to me at least, is that I went to High School in Laramie, Wyoming and now I drive a Laramie--how cool is that? More
