I was very pleased with Kayam's services. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and the products on the lot. I didn't have a specific vehicle in mind but I had a very specific li knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and the products on the lot. He showed me a Jeep Wrangler that I had passed over because I thought it would be too expensive for the price I had set out before hand. To my absolute amazement it exceeded everything I wanted in a vehicle. I don't like car shopping but Kayam made it a lot less painful. I left the lot with the vehicle I wanted and I felt real good about it ever since. I went to every dealer in town over five long days looking at almost every car (This is not an exaggeration. I was to all the Dealerships in Sherwood Park and Wetaskiwin as well) and Kayim's professionalism and knowledge stood out. I was very impressed with Al. He treated me like a valued customer and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. He went well beyond any of the other dealerships (I have been to many over the valued customer and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. Al talked to me and my child and assured me that he had more than one vehicle for me. Al was very quick and knowledgeable about the stock and what we had requested. He let me test drive two great vehicles and didn't give me a hard time because I wanted to test drive more than one vehicle. As a matter of fact he was confident that we would pick one of them. He didn't push the sale and try to make us buy the more expensive vehicle like so many other dealerships tried to do. In fact if I had wanted to drive more vehicles I believe that Al would have accommodated my wish. He was very kind to me and my child and made us feel welcome and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to us, not even once. Al gave us all of the information we needed, often without either one of us having to ask (he anticipated our needs). Al even picked the vehicles that were in our price range and not outside of it. It was overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Al Dewan to all of my family and friends.
