My Wife and I have heard about this dealership in a good way so when we decided to look to buy we decided to come and see for ourselves. We had an add from the paper and the car we were looking for was on s way so when we decided to look to buy we decided to come and see for ourselves. We had an add from the paper and the car we were looking for was on sale so we came in we were greeted by Mohamed Shuke. His customer service went above and beyond. we told him what we were looking for and showed the ad, we also told him what we could afford, what we wanted in it as well. Well you always here oh no problem and then there's oh we had to add this and that, sorry not here he made sure not only did we get the car we were looking and our options as well and our payments came in almost to the dime. My regret is that we did not deal with him and this dealership earlier. We are speechless and saying thank does not do justice in this case for him and the Dealership. We were so impressed we brought our daughter in as she was looking to trade in and buy and again he delivered. Awesome, unbeliveable comes to mined for this salesman. I came in to trade in my vehicle to get into something newer with a lower interest rate and they did exactly that. I had an amazing experience dealing with Crosstown again! I had purchased a used vehicle from them almost a year ago and I was given a call from them letting me know I was able to come back in and get into a I had purchased a used vehicle from them almost a year ago and I was given a call from them letting me know I was able to come back in and get into a new vehicle with a lower interest rate. So that is what I did. I had went back in looking for Bob Fiddler as he had sold me my car last year and he was amazing and I knew I would have the same out come this time. But unfortunately he was in there when I went in as he was away. So Dave Comrie introduced me to Jennifer Mileham. Jennifer went above and beyond my expectations. Jennifer was great with my two boys and always had a way to keep them happy which most of the time they wanted to play in the play structure there. But as growing boys like they are they are always hungry and she would run to the cafe or vending machine and grab them a snack. I had gone to another dealer ship to look at vehicles as they are closer to my home they gave me a price on what my vehicle would be and then I went to Crosstown and before they even knew what I had been quoted they beat the other dealerships price. I once again have had a wonderful experience at Crosstown and I have let co-workers know and I myself will be going back next time I am looking for a vehicle. More

This is my second visit to crosstown and the customer service that received from my first visit (Jerry Joseph) was very warm and friendly. I decided to go back to the same dealership for the same experie service that received from my first visit (Jerry Joseph) was very warm and friendly. I decided to go back to the same dealership for the same experience that I had received previously. Upon my return to buy a new vehical Jerry had introduced me to Adam. He had a great attitude very friendly and he could answer all my questions and concerns that I may have had about any vehical that we had looked at. I eventual went with a new 3500 ram. It was a great expeirance with all the people that helped with the process and I would definitely go back for another truck in the future..
