I had purchased a vehicle at Derrick Dodge and was promised alot of things to help finalize the deal. We were skeptical to go back to a Dodge dealer from this experience but decided to try it because Dodge makes a good vehicle and suites our family. Our sales person was Husney Ismael and he carried through with everything and more of what he promised. I have recommended Husney already to family members looking to maybe purchase new or used vehicles. We have purchased a new van from Husney and it was a better model than we were looking at getting and for a price we could not refuse. The bad experience from one dealer was washed away from the service we recieved from Husney and all the other associates we dealt with from finance department, other sales and service personel to the receptionists we dealt with. I went into the dealership thinking I was going to talk options! We went into the dealership to have an oil change done on our older vehicle and not expecting to be able to purchase a new vehicle let alone two new ones.
