I brought my minivan in for a standard oil change, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great care and consideration taken with my vehicle even though I was in the "Express Lube" lane. Ginny went to far as was pleasantly surprised by the great care and consideration taken with my vehicle even though I was in the "Express Lube" lane. Ginny went to far as to take the time to drain all of my (very full) windshield fluid since it was freezing out and I had summer fluid in there. He said that it could burst and crack the container. Even though it probably took 10 minutes longer and cost them the extra product (he refilled it with winter-appropriate washer fluid), he was looking out for my best interests, and I truly appreciate that!
