We were unsure of which car we wanted but Moose was patient and informative answering any questions we had. Moose, very quickly, understood our needs and we found a car we liked right away. We were given a good price; all the rebates were deducted without delay. The Finance department was not intimidating and we were comfortable with Mario. I must emphasize that Moose and Mario were both affable and not in any way overly persuasive. We have purchased many cars and this was by far the least stressful purchase we have ever made.
