I was given a price from my salesman and when I was shown the paperwork for the financing, it was different. Called the dealership and was told that there is nothing I can do because all the paperwork is co the paperwork for the financing, it was different. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and after experiencing poor service at another dealership I came in to Crosstown apprehensive and fearing the worse. Moose quickly put that to rest. He was extremely friendly, easy going, and most importantly good at his job. There was no arguing, no pressure, no "let me go talk to my boss". Moose found me the exact car I wanted at a price that left me very happy. Brittany was pleasantly more of the same. She was easy going and thorough, she didn't push me to get the expensive packages or try to slide anything in unnoticed. Both Moose and Brittany presented all the information and worked with me to find the exact vehicle and financing I wanted. This was my first vehicle I have ever purchased, my previous vehicle was an old Chev given by my girlfriends father. Before I even got inside the doors at Crosstown Colin greeted me at the door and took me right in, listened to everything I had to say, the options I wanted and right after I left him with all the information - he started to look for me right then! I got a text within half hour about my preapproved loan and within a hour or two he was sending me trucks of what I was looking for and in my price range. Next day I came in to look at one of the trucks he had found and I loved it. I had wanted to add a few things to this truck but had a price limit - he was honest about what was more worth getting at the moment and what was worth waiting for. I really appreciated his honesty, Colin has been a lot of help and a pleasure to buy my first vehicle from. Very glad I came to this dealership and in the next few months my girlfriend will be coming there to buy her next vehicle also.
