I drive a 2011 Dodge Durango and have been having difficulty with my truck. I was in town visiting my sister. I have two little ones so it is not easy for me to just leave my truck. Baron, the Service Manager took the time to get involved with my situation as he could tell that I had never been to his dealership. He made me feel very comfortable and confident the he would be able to solve the issues with my truck. Baron walked me to the wonderful waiting area with the awesome play area for my kids. It seemed like no time passed when I was paged to the service department. Thanks CrossTown and thanks Baron for the wonderful service, too bad I don't live closer or I would come to Cross Town for everything. More
I have never experienced customer service like I received over the last 3 days with my Crosstown team. Kayam Shivji was my salesman no words other than "patient & understanding" can describe him.T received over the last 3 days with my Crosstown team. They were absolutely the best. True gentlemen right from the start. My situation was not "typical" it has ugly spots..they worked with me, they put me into a vehicle I wanted with payments I could manage and knowledge moving forward on how too improve my future purchases. They walked me through the transaction from beginning to end. I am tickled pink, happy as a clam..and the very proud owner of the prettiest white jeep; which I might add I love ;-). over all i had a very good experience dealing with Manny and others at crosstown. After purchase there were a couple issues to deal with do to an oversight, but revisited dealer,and it was dealt with very and others at crosstown. They took the time to listen to my problem, and ensure my vehicle met the needs that were expected when i purchased it. we have been dealing with Crosstown for about 3 maybe 4 years and have always dealt with Jen, she is always there when we call, always smiling and super friendly. Great customer service. I visited another dealership prior to visiting Xrosstown simply for some insight to some product information and possible purchase prices. I was insulted by a few staff members that were lacking strongly in simply for some insight to some product information and possible purchase prices. Not to mention the conditon of the salesmans office desk which was strewn with food, papers, just a look of disorganization and complete lack of self respect. I simply walk out of that dealership in discuss with the lack of professionalism. When I entered your Xtown dealership I was greeted with a pleasant good morning by a few of the staff before I requested to see Jennifer Mileham, who came to me well recommended. What a difference in self esteem and presentability. She was joyful and pleasant. She made me and wife feel very welcomed. If found her to be a strong asset to the business of Xtown. Base on her customer service I would not hesitate to recommend Xtown and Jennifer to anyone. If was a pleasure dealing with Jennifer and talking to someone who had product knowledge and extremely good customer service. She went out of her way to make my wife and myself very welcomed. I was a customer of Xtown many years ago where I was dealt with on a professional level by the salsman at that time. It is nice to see that the tradition carried on aver the years. Brought my 2012 3500 in for basic servicing with only 9,000km on the diesel. I was told that i drive the truck too gentle and its effecting the condition of the engine and could result in premature engin 9,000km on the diesel. I was told that i drive the truck too gentle and its effecting the condition of the engine and could result in premature engine failure that would not be covered by warranty. i got a call from a crosstown telemarketer following up on my service work order expericance. I told her how unhappy was after only 9,000k and $50,000.00 later that being told my new truck was basically only designed to have the "crap driven out of it" as i was told. She said someone would call to follow up on my problem but that was over a month ago and no one really gives a crap as no one ever called me back. the sales experiance was great with Moose as my salesman but so far i can't say that about the service experiance when you essentially get told your $50,000.00 investment at this dealership is wothless 8 month later! We don't buy new vehicles very often, actually this is only the second one ever! We made the decision to buy a second vehicle. We got a list of those that we thought would suit our needs, and then we went to look at them so as to short list even further. Finally the list dwindled down to 3. Now it was time to go and seriously start looking and visiting dealerships. We went to the first Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership and were totally put off by the salesman and so left without really getting the information we needed, or proceeding any further. We kept being drawn to the idea of purchasing a Jeep and so ventured into a second Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership.......and again were put off by the salesman. We left wondering if it was a trait of salesman for that brand of vehicle. Then we walked into Crosstown and were greeted by Shuke. Immediately he began to 'sell' us a vehicle, but then it changed rapidly. He sensed and read us right - suddenly it wasn't about making a sale, but it was about finding us the vehicle that we were looking for, and at the pace we were comfortable at proceeding. We probably could have got the same deal on the same vehicle from any of the dealerships....what sold us on dealing at Crosstown, and proceeding with the purchase, was Shuke. More
